Regression Therapy is dedicated to uncovering things from your past that may be contributing to your current mental state or harmful habits and behaviours.
There are two types: Age Regression Therapy and Past Life Regression Therapy. The first type is designed to target things that may have happened during your childhood, and the second type is to help you resolve issues from your past lives
Most of my 1-2-1 work at Sakhmet’s Care is focused on Age Regression Therapy as individuals are finding that their Healing Journey requires them to examine their feelings/upbringing and how this has affected their quality of life in the present.
Issues that can be examined are:

When I take someone through Regression Therapy, my goal is to help you resolve your problems in the present. I use regression techniques to find and resolve your feelings and experiences about past situations, so you can heal and feel better about your current situation. This is a most productive way of getting to the bottom of the issue and the pattern that needs resolving. The results are alarming.
