I'm Sakhmet holistic wellness consultant with over 24 years of experience guiding individuals on their path to healing and transformation. My work blends traditional wisdom with modern holistic practices, helping you restore balance and reconnect with your true self.
My journey began after a life-changing accident that led me to discover the power of alternative medicine, inspired by my Jamaican roots and the natural remedies passed down by my grandmother. Today, I draw on Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sound Therapy, and other modalities to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.
At the heart of my practice is a simple mission: to empower you to heal, grow, and thrive — creating lasting harmony within and around you.
