Reclaim Your Worth

Self-empowerment for Women, with an Holistic approach

You were never meant to shrink !

Many women reach a point where life feels heavy. You may be overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, unsure who you are beneath the roles you play, or tired of feeling unheard. You may have tried talking therapies and sensed that something deeper still needs to be explored.

Reclaim Your Worth is a space to do that work. It is not about being fixed. It is about remembering who you are and learning the tools to support yourself, for life.

Over the past five years, my work with women has shown me the same truth again and again: the power to heal and grow already lives within you. My role is to Coach and Teach you how to find it, trust it and use it.

Does this sound familiar?

Women come to this work feeling:

  • Overwhelmed, lost, or lacking direction
  • Low in confidence and self-worth
  • Unsupported, isolated, or as though they don’t belong
  • Unable to speak up, set boundaries, or stand up for themselves
  • Unsure of their own judgement, and unable to trust themselves or others
  • Powerless in family, personal, or workplace relationships
  • Caught in the same patterns of unhappiness again and again
  • Curious about who they truly are and what their purpose might be

If any of this resonates, you are not alone, and you are not broken.

Where it often begins

Many of the patterns we carry as adults were learned long ago. Growing up feeling unheard, criticised, dismissed, or unsafe can leave women reaching adulthood without a clear sense of who they are, what they need, or what they are capable of.

This work approaches those experiences with care and at a pace that feels right for you. We look at how the past has shaped your beliefs, your reactions and your relationships, so that you can respond to life differently.

Learning to soothe and heal yourself

At the heart of Reclaim Your Worth is a simple promise: you will be taught how to support yourself.

You will learn how to:

  • Self-soothe: calm your mind and body when emotions rise, and find steadiness in difficult moments
  • Self-heal: understand and gently work through old wounds, rather than carrying them silently
  • Recognise your triggers: understand why you react the way you do, and respond with choice
  • Reconnect with your inner child: meet the unmet needs and unspoken feelings that still shape your adult life

These are skills you keep. They go with you into every relationship, every decision and every day.

An holistic Path with Sakhmet

You are more than your thoughts. This work looks at the whole of you: physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.

Together, these layers form a path back to yourself.

1. Understand yourself

Explore your values, principles and beliefs. Look at how childhood conditioning has shaped what you believe about yourself, others and the world, and which beliefs are limiting your choices.

2. Work through emotional wounds

Gently explore feelings of rejection, abandonment, shame and inadequacy, along with unexpressed emotions and unmet needs. Inner-child exercises and reflective techniques support this deeper work.

3. Break limiting patterns

Recognise the patterns that keep you feeling stuck: self-criticism, people-pleasing, avoiding difficult conversations, suppressing your needs and seeking approval. Understand where they began and how to respond differently.

4. Find your voice and your power

Build the courage to speak up, express your needs and opinions, set and keep healthy boundaries, and make choices that are truly your own.

5. Build confidence and practical life skills

Strengthen your self-trust, decision-making and problem-solving. Develop emotional awareness, independence and healthier relationships, with yourself first.

6. Discover who you are and what you’re here for

Beyond your past and your conditioning, who are you? Explore your talents, the skills you may have overlooked, what brings you joy, what gives your life meaning and how you might use your gifts to serve others.

Every woman’s journey is her own, and experiences vary !

Move from constant reaction to conscious calm

Rather than coping until you feel depleted, discover how to pause, listen to your body, and respond with compassion. We adapt our flexible sessions in Oxfordshire to suit your unique circumstances and pace.

Understanding where you are now

In our initial sessions, we identify what feels out of balance in your everyday life. We explore the emotional and physical indicators of prolonged stress — from irritability, racing thoughts, and sleep disruption to muscle tension and feeling constantly on alert. By bringing gentle awareness to your individual responses without judgement, you begin to uncover the roots of fatigue and rediscover emotional clarity.

The mind-body connection & lasting balance

As we delve deeper into the connection between stress, past experiences, and physical symptoms, you will learn to build a vital pause between trigger and reaction. Rather than judging your feelings, you will develop curiosity, clearer personal boundaries, and reliable grounding tools. Step forward feeling deeply connected to yourself and empowered to communicate what you truly need.
