This programme is a 6-week, live online workshop designed by Sakhmet Campbell for women aged 35–55. It focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional stability, and inner coherence through evidence-informed practices like sound healing, breathwork, and energetic boundaries.
Programme Overview
Women navigating hormonal shifts (perimenopause/menopause), chronic stress, or major life transitions.
Format: Six weekly live sessions (75–90 minutes) via a small-group container limited to 10–12 participants.
Core Deliverables: Guided regulation audios, weekly reflective practices, session replays, and a private WhatsApp support group.
Weekly Framework: The curriculum progresses from nervous system resets and emotional mapping to energetic boundaries, shadow release, heart healing, and long-term integration.

Financial & Refund Policy
Cooling-Off Period: A full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase, provided the programme hasn't started and no materials/audios have been accessed.
No Refunds After Start: Once the first live session begins, refunds are no longer available for any reason, including partial participation or missed sessions.
Payment Plans: If paying weekly (£35/week), all scheduled payments remain due even if sessions are missed; plans cannot be paused or cancelled once the workshop starts.
Cancellations: If you cancel before the start date but after the 48-hour window, refunds are not guaranteed, though a credit for future workshops may be offered at the facilitator's discretion.
