Meditation 1: Entering the Field of Stillness (Free)
This foundational practice gently guides you to:
-
settle the nervous system without forcing relaxation
-
reconnect with internal sensations (interception)
-
sense stillness as a field rather than a mental state
-
experience presence in the body, not just the mind
It’s designed as a standalone meditation complete in itself and also as the doorway into a deeper, structured journey.
For some people, this single practice is enough.
They return to it again and again.
For others, something shifts:
the body feels safer, the breath slows more easily, and stillness becomes familiar.
If that happens, the series continues.
The Stillness Series
The remaining six meditations build gently and progressively on the foundation you’ve already experienced.
Together, they form a complete nervous-system arc, supporting emotional regulation, coherence, and inner clarity over time.
This is not about intensity or catharsis.
It’s about capacity.
Many people try to meditate by doing more:
controlling the breath, fixing the mind, pushing toward calm.
However, when the nervous system is already overloaded, effort can create more tension, rather than less.
Stillness isn’t something you create.
It’s something you learn how to allow.
This series begins there.
