About Zumba & Sound Bath:
This unique experience blends the uplifting energy of Zumba with the restorative power of a sound bath. The session begins with joyful, rhythmic movement to awaken the body and elevate your energy, followed by a calming sound journey that promotes deep relaxation, healing, and inner balance.
What to expect:
You will start with a guided Zumba session to energize and release tension through movement. This is followed by a soothing sound bath using calming frequencies to help you relax, reset, and restore. The session offers a safe and supportive space to recharge both physically and emotionally, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and uplifted.
This unique experience blends two complementary states. With its upbeat rhythms, Zumba elevates the cardiovascular system, boosts endorphins, and opens emotional pathways, warming the body, softening tension, and making it more receptive.
After a short break…
We will transition into a Sound Bath with gong and crystal singing bowls. Low-frequency gong vibrations help relax the musculoskeletal system, while the bowls support nervous-system down-regulation—slowing the breath, lowering cortisol, and guiding the brain into deep theta–delta relaxation states.
The result is a full-body reset: lighter mood, calmer mind, loosened tension and a deeper sense of internal clarity.
A joyful rise followed by deeply restorative rest.
What to bring:
A towel, water, a yoga mat, a cushion, a warm blanket, a towel and water for Zumba, and additional water to stay comfortable throughout the session.
