Payment is required at the time of booking.
Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
• More than 48 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule once at no extra cost.
Payments are non-refundable but will be transferred to your new date.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice:
The session is non-refundable. This includes same-day changes and rescheduling requests.
• No-shows:
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.
The full fee applies.

All event, workshop and training bookings are non-refundable.
